Prior Art

Many existing projects have pioneered some of the techniques used in Stake, Tokenized and/or inspired it. In no particular order:

  • Stakewise V3 uses the deposit root to prevent frontrunning by validator operators.
  • The pre-deposit guarantee in Lido stVaults uses EIP-4788 to trustlessly prove validator exit credentials.
  • The first version of Ether.fi tokenized validator stakes as NFTs and fractionalized them to back a LST.
  • SOLO envisions a system where ETH holders lend their ETH to solo stakers.
